DIANE RUPERT
Diane Rupert is an executive coach with 20 years experience in coaching, leadership development, strategic planning and team building for executives and teams of all levels. Diane’s clients include Allscripts, ATI, Baxter Canada, Cisco Systems, GlaxoSmithKline and NetApp. Her certifications and general assessments that she utilizes include The Hogan Leadership Assessment, TalentSmart EQ, StrengthsFinders, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator and “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” Prior to founding The Rupert Group, Inc. consulting practice, Diane spent seven years in the corporate business world employed by Nortel, where she worked in Customer Service, Marketing, and a one-year management rotation program. In addition, she spent four years in Human Resources, focusing on organizational development. In that role, Diane provided coaching and consulting to Directors, Senior Managers, and Vice-Presidents. She assisted her client executives in making organizational and structural decisions. Diane’s coaching style has been described by her clients as “no-nonsense”, direct, insightful and impactful. She cares deeply about partnering with her clients to help them achieve and exceed their development goals.
GLENN RUPERT
Glenn T. Rupert is a senior level trainer, facilitator and consultant with a career in Human Resources and Technology Consulting spanning 18 years. Glenn provides training, facilitation and executive business coaching services to many Fortune 500 companies. Glenn is known for his authentic leadership style, his transparent communication, and addressing “hidden” issues directly and with passion. He cares deeply about the success of his clients and works hard to enable their success. He trains executive level leadership and coaching courses, and senior level coaching certification classes across many different industries. Glenn holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University, and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Lenoir-Rhyne College. He has served as adjunct faculty at Duke University. He is known for his ability to drive his coaching clients to a deeper understanding of themselves to achieve sustainable, lasting change.
