Diane Rupert is an executive coach with 20 years experience in coaching, leadership development, strategic planning and team building for executives and teams of all levels. Diane’s clients include Allscripts, ATI, Baxter Canada, Cisco Systems, GlaxoSmithKline and NetApp. Her certifications and general assessments that she utilizes include The Hogan Leadership Assessment, TalentSmart EQ, StrengthsFinders, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator and “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” Prior to founding The Rupert Group, Inc. consulting practice, Diane spent seven years in the corporate business world employed by Nortel, where she worked in Customer Service, Marketing, and a one-year management rotation program. In addition, she spent four years in Human Resources, focusing on organizational development. In that role, Diane provided coaching and consulting to Directors, Senior Managers, and Vice-Presidents.
