Diane Thomas Rupert Diane Thomas Rupert is a consultant with 15 years experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and team building for executives of all levels. One of her largest and ongoing clients is an international pharmaceutical company, where she provides consulting services to leaders and facilitates classes in management, team leader training, conflict management, and change and transition. Much of Diane's coaching has been to the high-tech and pharmaceutical industries. She has also provided coaching for an anesthesiologist group in leadership development and strategic development. Additionally, Diane has worked with a Fortune 100 high tech company, delivering professional development courses such as "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," and "Behavior-Based Employment Interviewing." She has facilitated team-building sessions and conducted New Manager Assimilation programs to accelerate new team formation. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Diane spent seven years in the corporate business world working with Nortel Networks, where she worked in customer service, marketing, and a one-year management rotation program. She spent four years in human resources, focusing on organizational development. In that role, Diane provided coaching and consulting to directors, senior managers, and vice presidents. She assisted leadership in making organizational and structural decisions. Diane holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University. She lives in Raleigh, N.C.
Glenn T. Rupert, SPHR Glenn Rupert has seven years of senior-level coaching and fifteen years of human resources consulting experience. He currently divides his time evenly between coaching and consulting. His coaching and consulting assignments -- with individuals and teams -- taps his expertise in process analysis with a focus on tactical interventions to achieve strategic results. Glenn's emphasis is on strategic planning facilitation, training, and human resources planning and processes. Glenn has provided coaching for senior-level executives to address strategy, behavior, and organizational culture issues. This coaching experience has included CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CSOs (Chief Strategy Officers), Vice Presidents, and Executive Directors in a number of different industries, including non-profits as well as Fortune 500 companies. Glenn has also worked with executives to facilitate negotiations during labor union crises. Glenn began his career in corporate human resources positions and gained valuable line experience over the course of ten years. After a series of promotions to a senior human resources position at Florida Rock Industries, he started his career as an external consultant to Fortune 500 companies as well as Harvard University, and Duke University. Glenn holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University, and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Lenoir-Rhyne College. He has earned multiple certifications in professional development arenas and numerous distinctions from human resources organizations. He resides in Raleigh, NC.
